ahhhhh finally done ;;;u;;;
this was originally going to be part one of a big avengers portrait series , but seeing as this took me about 3 and half weeks and i had to cut/simplify a lot of my original ideas for it....yeah not happening. i am pretty damn proud of this piece on it's own, anyways, so w/e live and let die
oh and norse translations!! (don’t quote me on any of these i hobbled them together with a wikipedia chart and an online dictionary)
around circle: ᛘᛅᚱᚱ ᚼᛚᚢᛏᚱ = glorious purpose, ᚢᚠᛅᛏᛏᚱ = monster, ᚠᚱᚢᚦᛚ ᛁ ᛁᚴᚱ = magic/knowledge
v-shape: ᛆᛋᛋ = god, ᚠᛚᛅᚱᚦ = deceit, ᛚᚢᚴᛁ = loki (also lies), ᛋᛏᛆᚱᚠ = trouble, ᛒᛆᛚ = fire

um hold up looking at this makes my recent loki drawing look like shit asl;dghsODIGhksdgh. ugh this is beautiful, dear!!!

i really really love the contrast between asgardian!loki and frost giant!loki on the left and right sides. and of couuuuurse i adore the centerpiece (loki in uniform for the freaking win) and the background.
